Saüc Red Vermouth is an artisanal and organic vermouth produced in the heart of the Valencian Community, in the Sierra de Mariola region. The Malvasia base wine, aged for one year under flor in 500-liter barrels, is enriched with a centuries-old recipe: 40 native botanicals, 20 exotic vegetables, and hand-picked elderberries. The result is an elegant, complex, and deeply Mediterranean vermouth with a unique personality.
