Seda Líquida – Berumotto Vermouth White Sake – 75cl
Product description
Berumotto Blanco is a unique creation that breaks with tradition. Instead of white wine, this vermouth is made from artisanal sake produced in Tuixent, on the southern slope of the Cadí mountains, where the botanical tradition of the Trementinaires left an indelible mark. Seda Líquida, a pioneer in sake production in Spain under strict Japanese standards, combines this knowledge with a secret formula inspired by ancient artisanal vermouths from Priorat and the herbs of the Trementinaires Valley.
The result is a unique, delicate, and complex white vermouth, where the sake contributes finesse and the wild herbs create a deeply Pyrenean identity.

Authenticity and origin
Berumotto Blanco is the meeting point between Japan and the Pyrenees. A vermouth born from sake, enriched with mountain herbs, and honoring the memory of the Trementinaires, those wise women who traveled throughout Catalonia with their natural remedies. Here, botanical tradition and Japanese precision engage in a dialogue within a unique, elegant, and deeply original drink.
