Sierra Cantabria Organza 2022 is a barrel-aged white wine born under the shelter of the Sierra Cantabria mountains, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. A noble blend of Viura (45%), Garnacha Blanca (30%), and Malvasía (25%), which ferments and ages in new French oak barrels for 11 months on its lees, with weekly bâtonnage that provides texture and depth without losing varietal purity.
