Sierra Cantabria XF 2025 is a dry rosé wine produced by Bodegas Sierra Cantabria in the La Rioja region, Spain. It comes from their own vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, where the soils and the Atlantic climate with Mediterranean influences contribute freshness and fruit expression to the wine.
The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of bunches. The white varieties macerate for 2 days and are then incorporated into the must of the red varieties to remain in contact with the skins for 72 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C with indigenous yeasts selected from the vineyards themselves. The wine is cold stabilized, thus preserving its varietal character and characteristic freshness.
