From high-altitude vineyards in Alto Turia and Fuenterrobles, this wine combines the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc and the uniqueness of Merseguera, in a project committed to respectful and precision viticulture. A limited production wine that has been recognized as one of the sweet gems of the Valencian Community.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant golden color with amber reflections. On the nose, it displays aromas of honey, dried apricots, white flowers, and slight nuances of nuts. On the palate, it is unctuous and fresh at the same time, with impeccable balance between sweetness and acidity, great amplitude, and a long and persistent finish.

Pairing

Ideal with foie gras, blue and cured cheeses, fine pastry desserts, fruit tarts, and white chocolate. It is also a perfect wine to enjoy on its own, as a meditation wine, thanks to its depth and complexity.
