Supernova Blanc 2024 is a Mediterranean flash, a wine born in the red soils of Binissalem (Mallorca), where the Moll variety thrives in "call vermell" soils, amidst clay and iron. From centennial vines planted in 1958, this jewel expresses the island's volcanic soul and the elegance of its maritime climate.

The manual harvest is followed by a four-day cold maceration, differentiated fermentations in French barrels (20%) and stainless steel, and 5 months on lees with bâtonnage for three months. After aging, it is clarified with bentonite before bottling, revealing a tense and silky profile.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it shows citrus, green apple, pear, and fresh herbs like fennel, along with delicate notes of white flower and chamomile. On the palate, it is creamy and medium-bodied, with a soft texture, lively acidity, notes of vanilla and pastry, and a clean and refreshing finish with saline reminiscences.
