It is a project with a clear concept of beekeeping: pampering our bees to produce a differentiated and unique natural honey. The beehives are located on the ancient farmlands of the Monastery of the Order of Saint Jerome, in the Montgó Natural Park, surrounded by 3/4 of the Mediterranean Sea, with a very special flowering full of endemisms.

Our main activity is the production and commercialization of 100% organic natural honey using artisanal methods. We collect and process the resulting product from our beloved bees using sustainable methods.
