Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear, Golden Delicious apple, yellow peach, and stone fruits emerge, along with floral notes, sweet quince, and intense mineral nuances of silica and stone. On the palate, it is creamy, with a silky texture, great balance between acidity and volume, remarkable persistence, with a return of ripe fruit and soft spices, and a mineral and long finish.

Pairing

Excellent with baked fatty fish, seafood cooked with creamy sauces, elaborate poultry, warm soft cheeses, light risottos, dishes with mushrooms and aromatic herbs.
