The Ahillas Tinto 2023 by Terra d’Art is a wine born in one of the most unique and forgotten enclaves of inland Valencia. A red wine from high-altitude viticulture, made between 840 and 1,200 meters, which combines tradition, landscape, and an ambitious outlook towards great classic European wines. Its Bordeaux spirit is not artificial: it comes from the complexity of the blend, patient work in the winery, and absolute respect for a territory almost extinguished viticulturally.

Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red color with violet and purple reflections, a sign of youth and long life. Slow and dense legs. On the nose, after aeration, notes of licorice, very ripe red fruit, mineral nuances, and a subtle, well-integrated lactic background appear. On the palate, it shows its full potential: perfectly integrated acidity and alcohol, soft and velvety texture, elegant and light passage, evoking the style of great Bordeaux or Rhône wines, but with its own identity.

Pairing

Ideal with roasted red meats, game stews, mountain dishes, aged cheeses, and traditional inland cuisine. Serve between 15 and 17 ºC.

The Ahillas Tinto 2023 is much more than a wine: it is the liquid memory of an almost disappeared valley, an exercise in viticultural resistance, and a demonstration that greatness also originates far from easy paths. A red wine with depth, elegance, and soul.
