The Flor de Ahillas Blanco 2024 from Terra d’Art is a testament to Merseguera when cultivated with patience and respect. It comes exclusively from old vines over 60 years old, recovered after years of neglect in the Ahillas Valley. The effort to bring them back to life results in small, loose clusters with very low yields, which allow for the production of an artisanal, profound, and surprising white wine, where the variety displays unexpected complexity.

Tasting Notes

Clean and bright straw yellow color, with very slow tears that anticipate unctuousness. The nose surprises with its aromatic complexity, with notes of tropical fruit and white flowers, especially orange blossom, which are expressed even when the glass is still. On the palate it is broad and unctuous, with balanced acidity and a remarkable persistence that immediately invites a new sip.

Pairing

Ideal with white fish, vegetable rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, mild seafood, fresh cheeses, and dishes where balance and texture are sought. Serve between 8 and 10 ºC.
