Product Sheet – Terras Gauda La Mar 2022
Terras Gauda La Mar 2022 is the most intimate whisper of the Atlantic, a singular white wine that reveals the unmistakable personality of Caíño Blanco, an ancestral and rare variety that finds its refuge and its maximum expression in these lands of O Rosal. La Mar is a tribute to an ocean that shapes the landscape, the vine, and the soul of those who inhabit it.
Sourced from vineyards located at the mouth of the Miño river, where the granite and sandy soil and oceanic influence impart freshness and minerality. Made primarily with Caíño Blanco, subtly accompanied by Albariño and Loureiro. Fermentation occurs slowly in stainless steel, followed by aging on fine lees for 5 months, seeking depth, volume, and elegance.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is deep and expressive, with aromas of ripe white fruit—pear, apple—fresh citrus, wild flowers, aromatic herbs, and a delicate mineral and saline background that evokes the sea breeze and wet stone. On the palate, it is broad, unctuous, and fresh, with a vibrant acidity that balances its volume and a long, elegant, and saline finish, where fruit, minerality, and the sea merge in harmony.
Food Pairing
Perfect for Galician seafood, oily fish, seafood rice dishes, grilled octopus, soft cheeses, and Atlantic cuisine. A gastronomic and versatile white wine, ideal for accompanying serene moments or celebrations by the sea.
Terras Gauda La Mar 2022 is a song to the ocean, the land, and the wind that sweeps through the vineyards of O Rosal. A glass that breathes authenticity, landscape, and the purest soul of the Atlantic.
