The Hakuto Premium Gin is a unique Japanese gin, crafted by the Matsui Shuzo distillery in Tottori Prefecture. Its name, "Hakuto," refers to the "white peach" that stars in an ancient Japanese legend and is also present as a main botanical. This gin combines 9 traditional ingredients with pure spring water from Mount Daisen, creating a smooth, aromatic, and seductive profile that harmonizes juniper, white fruits, Japanese herbs, and a subtle floral background.
