From the Niigata prefecture, where snow, rice, and pure water intertwine in an ancient dance, comes this whisky, a tribute to patience and perseverance. The term "Shinobu" means "perseverance" in Japanese, reflecting the spirit of this elixir. A balanced blend of malts and grains, matured in bourbon and sherry casks, and finished in Japanese Mizunara oak, providing unique complexity and smoothness. Every sip is a meditation, a reflection of the Japanese spirit that values time and harmony.
