Winemaking

The grapes come from selected vineyards in Toro, planted on poor, well-drained soils that favor concentration and depth. After controlled fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak, which provides structure, complexity, and aging potential.

Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red color with high intensity. The nose displays an intense expression of ripe black fruit, plum and blackberry, accompanied by sweet spices, cocoa, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is powerful and structured, with firm yet polished tannins, good acidity, and a long, broad, and persistent finish.

Food Pairing

Ideal for red meats, Castilian roasts, game, and hearty dishes. It also harmonizes with aged cheeses with long maturation.
