Tomás Postigo 3rd Year 2022 is a vibrant tribute to the Ribera del Duero soil: a noble blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec from selected vineyards. Fermented with whole clusters, aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, and bottled after resting, it displays refined expressiveness and polished tannins.

Tasting Notes

Visual: Intense cherry red with a violet rim.
Aromas: Very ripe black and red fruit (plums, cherries), lactic notes, spicy and elegant toasted wood.
Palate: Balanced, with good acidity, integrated tannins, fleshy body and a lactic echo; its finish is long and enveloping.

Pairing

Ideal with red meats, grilled lamb, intense stews, and aged cheeses. Its structure and freshness make it excellent even with robust flavors.
