Tomatin 50 Year Old – Half a Century of Bottled History

Available format: 70cl

Product Description

Tomatin 50 Year Old is one of the most extraordinary expressions ever created by the historic Highlands distillery. Distilled on November 24, 1967, this single malt rested for half a century before being bottled, making it the oldest whisky released by Tomatin to date. Its maturation began in refill casks and culminated in Oloroso Sherry casks, providing exceptional aromatic depth and a unique character.

With only 70 bottles available worldwide, this edition represents an authentic collector's item destined for lovers of the most exclusive whisky.

Authenticity and Origin

Tomatin 50 Year Old transcends the concept of whisky to become liquid heritage. Presented in a hand-blown Glencairn crystal decanter, housed in a wooden case with Italian leather lining, every detail reflects absolute exclusivity. The set includes a solid brass stopper plated in gold and engraved crystal, as well as a numbered book hand-signed by Graham Eunson, distillery manager, accompanied by an artisan leather bag.

Stephen Bremner, Tomatin's Managing Director, described this edition as an expression that "has been resting for half a century" and can finally be displayed "in all its glory."

Available at Bouquet Xaló by order. One of the most exclusive and scarce bottles ever created by Tomatin.
