The Vineyard

The vineyards surround the historic Torralbenc estate in Menorca, where currently 14 of the 77 hectares are dedicated to grape cultivation.

The winery was established with the goal of restoring an old Menorcan agricultural estate from the 19th and 20th centuries, bringing life back to lands where grapes were traditionally never cultivated due to the harshness of the terrain. Today, thanks to intensive restoration work and respect for the environment, these plots produce wines that reflect the unique personality of the island.

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, carefully selecting the best bunches to preserve the full quality of the fruit.

Winemaking

Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks to respect its individual characteristics.

After fermentation, the wine remains over six months on its lees, providing volume, complexity, and a creamy texture without losing freshness.

Once aging is complete, the different varieties are blended, seeking the perfect balance between aromatic expression, structure, and Mediterranean character.

Before being released to the market, the wine undergoes a period of rest in the bottle to further refine the whole.

Tasting Notes

It presents a brilliant, clean, and luminous lemon-yellow color.

The nose offers a fresh and expressive profile, with aromas of lemon and grapefruit accompanied by notes of fennel, white flowers like jasmine and acacia, along with delicate hints of brioche and butter from the lees aging.

On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with perfectly integrated acidity and a broad, enveloping texture. The finish combines citrus notes, floral hints, an elegant minerality, and a subtle saline character that prolongs the persistence and clearly reflects the influence of the Mediterranean.

Ideal for fish, seafood, seafood rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, ceviches, salads, white meats, and soft cheeses.

Recommended serving temperature: between 8 and 10 ºC.
