Tossut Vinya del Blanc 2022 is a mountain red wine born in Marina Alta, where the wind and sea meet the dry-stone terraces. Made from Syrah and Monastrell, it reflects the heroic and sustainable viticulture that is recovering the agricultural landscape of Pedreguer, Xaló, and Llíber. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in French oak preserve the authenticity of the Mediterranean environment.

Tasting Notes

Deep red color with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, and a mineral background. Structured, fresh, and enveloping on the palate, with fine tannins and a long finish where the mountains and the sea leave their mark.

Perfect with red meats, roast lamb, mountain rice dishes, artisan sausages, and cured cheeses. Its strength and freshness invite sharing in good company.
