Tossut Vinya del Bosc 2024 is a red wine born between the dry stone and the wind of Marina Alta. Made from Giró and Garnacha, it reflects the spirit of heroic viticulture that recovers forgotten terraces and mountain plots, where the Mediterranean whispers among the pines. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in French oak preserve the wild essence and identity of a unique landscape.

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry red color. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and delicate sweet spices appear. On the palate, it is subtle and elegant, with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long finish that recalls the Mediterranean mountains, wild herbs, and the minerality of limestone soils.

Pairing

Ideal for accompanying white meats, mountain rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and soft or semi-cured cheeses. Its balance of freshness and elegance makes it a very versatile wine at the table.
