Últimas Huellas – Parcela Cientosiete 2020 is born in Toro as the final whisper of a century-old vineyard, planted almost 90 years ago on pure sandy soils, at an altitude of 800m. Made from Albillo Real vines, it is crafted by hand: manual harvest, foot pressing, spontaneous fermentation in used French barrels, and resting for one year in the same barrel. A white wine of sand and salt, full of terroir energy.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with delicate golden reflections. On the nose, nuances of citrus, white flowers, toasted bread, ginger, light honey, and a rustic saline echo emerge. On the palate, it embraces with a savory texture, vibrant acidity, and a long finish, marked by warm stones and the purity of the sandy soil.

Pairing

Ideal with grilled white fish, steamed seafood, mild rice dishes, roasted vegetables, and fresh cheeses. Its sapid energy and minerality make it a lively and luminous companion.
