Ultreia Saint Jacques 2022 is the profound echo of the Camino in ancient Bierzo vineyards. It is born from centenarian Mencía grapes, complemented with a subtle touch of Trousseau and Garnacha Tintorera from vines planted in 1936. It ferments spontaneously and matures in oak barrels for 12–18 months, seeking the purest and noblest expression of the terroir.

Visual: Bright cherry red with garnet reflections.
Aromas: Fluidity and complexity characterize its nose: wild red fruits (currant, blackberry), cassis and pomegranate, combined with flowers, spices, and forest floor (lavender, damp grass, graphite, espresso).
Palate: Juicy, vibrant and well-structured; elegant tannins, good acidity and electric minerality. Long and persistent finish, with Atlantic elegance.
