Una noche y un día 2023 is a young red with a Mediterranean heart, produced in Xaló by the family winery Curii Uvas y Vinos. A wine that honors the Giró grape, an indigenous Alicante variety, cultivated with respect and vinified with minimal intervention. From vines between 15 and 60 years old, planted in calcareous soils 350 meters above sea level, it freshly expresses the identity of a territory rescued from oblivion.

Fermented with native yeasts in open tanks and aged for 6 months on fine lees, this wine represents the balance between tradition and natural vitality. Its name evokes the ephemeral and magical instant of skin contact with the must: precisely one night and one day.
