Coming from its own vineyards in Quintanilla de Arriba, this wine was created with the aim of thrilling from the first sip, combining vibrant fruit, natural elegance, and respectful production that highlights the character of Tempranillo.

Vineyard and production

The grapes come from our own vineyards cultivated organically, hand-harvested at dawn to preserve the fruit's freshness and turgidity. Fermentation takes place in ovoid cement tanks, a vessel that promotes natural micro-oxygenation and the pure expression of the fruit.

The six months of aging in these same tanks provide balance and texture without masking the varietal character, resulting in a frank, expressive, and very drinkable wine.

Tasting notes

Visually, it presents a bright red color with purplish and cardinal hues. On the nose, it is intense and fresh, with aromas of freshly crushed grapes and black fruit, accompanied by a marked sense of liveliness. On the palate, it shows a contained and elegant power, with notes of black fruit, balanced tannins, and a lively finish that invites further drinking.

Pairing and serving

Ideal for accompanying grilled meats, grilled fish, and cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 16–18 ºC.
It is recommended to uncork half an hour before consumption.
