Herencia is Valdespino's red vermouth, from a winery with centuries of history in Jerez. This vermouth is born from the blend of an Oloroso aged for 15 years and a Moscatel wine that provides sweetness and unctuousness. The formula is rounded out with a maceration of chamomile flower, dried Andalusian oranges, gentian, and other bitter spices, aged in oak casks that previously held Oloroso. The result is a warm, deep Jerez vermouth with an Andalusian soul.
