Vega Sicilia Único 2014 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Vega Sicilia in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain. It comes from 35-year-old estate vineyards, where Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon vines are grown in diverse soils influenced by the Duero River.

Harvesting is done manually, with a careful selection of bunches. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation also in wood. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 10 years between barrel and bottle, using new and used 225-liter French and American oak barrels, and 22,000-liter wooden vats.

Cherry-red color with ruby rim. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic complexity, with notes of macerated fruit, compote, eucalyptus, and menthol. On the palate, it presents a subtle attack that gives way to an opulent sensation without being aggressive, with great aromatic persistence.
