Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red color with garnet reflections. The nose is complex and subtle, with ripe black fruit, notes of fine leather, spices, tobacco, cedar and an elegant balsamic background. On the palate it is broad and precise, with polished tannins, perfectly integrated acidity and a very long, deep and harmonious finish that leaves an indelible mark.

Pairing

Ideal with noble red meats, game, traditional long-cooked stews and haute cuisine dishes. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC and decant beforehand to appreciate its full complexity.
