Verdeo Verdejo 2023 is a ray of Castilian light, a young and vibrant Verdejo from Rueda (DO), produced by Bodegas Torres. It is made from grapes harvested at night to preserve their freshness, fermented in steel at low temperatures, and aged without oak — a hymn to varietal purity, showcasing fruit and minerality with a Mediterranean flair.

Tasting Notes

Visually, it is pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), citrus, and wild herbs like fennel. Its presence is clear, fresh, and elegant. On the palate, it shows lively acidity and a prolonged fruity finish: silky, fresh, and slightly herbaceous.
