Cacciaprat Elisir Nocte is a vermouth born from the depths of Priorat and the influence of the moon. Its soul is made from Garnacha Tinta grapes from centennial vines grown in llicorella slate, hand-harvested and carefully vinified. It rests for 24 months in new French oak barrels, and later blends with a careful selection of local botanicals that macerate for an entire lunar cycle. It is a vermouth that embraces the night, mysterious and elegant, perfect for those seeking complexity, character, and authenticity in every glass.
