4 Xavos White Vermouth, produced by Bodegas Alonso Sanz in Aielo de Malferit (Valencia), is a traditional Valencian vermouth made from native grapes. Its maceration, with local herbs and citrus fruits, results in a fresh, delicate drink that is faithful to the family style honored by its name.
