El Bandarra Rojo is a vermouth that pays homage to the aperitif tradition in the heart of Penedès. Produced by the Martí Serdà winery, this vermouth combines Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes with a careful selection of 50 botanicals, including cloves, cinnamon, and bitter orange. After a process of maceration and fortification, a touch of caramel is added, and it is balanced in oak barrels with soleras for two months, achieving a smooth and sweet profile, with a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness.
