Vermouth Luis XIV is an elegant interpretation of the Mediterranean aperitif, born in Alto Vinalopó, in the province of Alicante. Made with noble wines and a careful selection of traditional botanicals, this vermouth is aged in century-old barrels that provide depth, complexity, and unique character.

Its aromatic profile reveals the essence of the Mediterranean: warm spices such as cinnamon and cloves, along with the freshness of orange peel and the structure of its wine base. A smooth and enveloping vermouth, with balanced sweetness and a long finish, offering a refined and authentic experience.

Authenticity and origin

The Colección Toneles Centenarios winery was born from the recovery of a unique wine heritage: the old barrel room of the Ferrero wineries, in the Alicante town of Cañada. Twenty-five historic barrels, forgotten for more than sixty years, were restored in 2015 to bring Alicante's traditional wines and aperitifs back to life.

The winery's philosophy is clear: respect for ancient viticulture, minimal intervention, and recovery of historic varieties such as Monastrell, Arcos, Giró, Tortosí, or Verdil. Vermouth Luis XIV is the result of that legacy, a genuine expression of the territory and its memory.
