Key Features

Red Vermouth:
A blend of dry, creamy Amontillado and sweet, silky Pedro Ximénez. Mahogany in color with reddish nuances, it displays aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, herbaceous notes, and smoked wood. On the palate, it is savory, velvety, balanced, with a bitter finish and a toasted walnut aftertaste.

Rosé Vermouth:
With a rosé soul obtained from the blending of Fino, Moscatel, and Tintilla de Rota, this aperitif offers a floral caress: wild strawberry, orange blossom, vanilla, and a subtle pastry fragrance. Its silky texture and freshness give it a delicate and enveloping profile.

Gastronomy:
