Mon Dieu! is a tribute to Riojan Viura wine, crafted by the Usarralde brothers under Châpeau Wines. It blends ancestral techniques (maceration on its own lees) with a careful selection of over 40 natural extracts, creating a modern, expressive white vermouth brimming with traditional soul

Wine base: 100% Rioja Viura, vinified on lees for several months to add texture and complexity
Botanicals used: Blend of over 40 natural extracts, including wormwood, Madagascar cloves, pansies, dittany of Crete, orris root, and Ceylon cinnamon
Production method: Maceration in French oak barrels for 3 months on lees, followed by a short aging of 3–12 months
Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Color: Pale straw yellow with bright, clean reflections
Aroma: Intense and herbal, with notes of white stone fruit, aromatic flowers, and a green balsamic background
Flavor: Refined balance between sweetness and bitterness; sweet entry, elegant acidity, and an aftertaste with hints of honey and coconut
