Vetere Rosato 2021 is a dry rosé wine made by San Salvatore 1988 in the Campania region, Italy. It comes from vineyards located in the Cilento National Park, where the clay-limestone soils and Mediterranean climate provide freshness and fruity expression to the wine.
The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes macerate at a low temperature for 6 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine remains for 6 months in contact with its lees, thus preserving its varietal character and characteristic freshness.
