Victoria Rosado 2024 is a dry rosé wine produced by Bodegas José Pariente under the Protected Geographical Indication Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León, Spain. This wine is a tribute to Victoria Pariente, the winery's founder, and reflects the passion passed down to her children, Martina and Ignacio Prieto Pariente. 

Made from low-yield old vine Grenache, Tempranillo, and Viognier grapes, whole cluster pressing is performed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on its lees for 4 months, adding complexity and volume to the wine.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale pink color. On the nose, intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and blackberry, with floral notes of rose petals and jasmine. On the palate, a soft and pleasant entry, balanced and unctuous, with refreshing acidity and a persistent cherry aftertaste.

Ideal with seafood, white and blue fish, rice dishes, pasta, salads, smoked foods, and soft cheeses.
