Production

The wine is made from Moscatel grapes from old vines grown in Xaló. After a brief maceration with their skins to enhance aromatic complexity and texture, it ferments cold to preserve its varietal expression.

The combination of tradition and technical precision results in a dry white with its own identity.

Tasting Notes

Pale and bright yellow color. The nose is dominated by citrus and floral notes, accompanied by fresh nuances reminiscent of the Mediterranean environment.

On the palate it is light, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and a clean finish that invites you to keep drinking.
