Discover the wines of Dominio de Es, the most personal project of Bertrand Sourdais, one of the most admired names in today's Ribera del Duero. From small micro-plots located in San Esteban de Gormaz (Soria), very limited production wines are born that reflect the purest and most delicate essence of the Soria terroir.

Trained in Bordeaux and with experience in mythical wineries such as Château Mouton Rothschild or alongside Álvaro Palacios, Bertrand Sourdais finds in Dominio de Es an intimate and precise way of interpreting the vineyard. Each wine is born from absolute respect for the land, time, and natural balance.

The winery works on just 6 hectares spread across 45 micro-plots cultivated under organic and biodynamic principles, primarily using Tinto Fino and Albillo. The wines evolve slowly, unhurriedly, accompanied with sensitivity to express depth, freshness, and elegance.
