In the Xaló valley, where the land holds history and old vines stand the test of time, the Curii Uvas y Vinos project was born, a winery led by Violeta Gutiérrez de la Vega and Alberto Redrado. Their work is based on absolute respect for traditional viticulture, the identity of native varieties such as Giró, and a natural, unembellished production.
